Appointment policies
Please review these details before booking so every Angel House appointment can begin smoothly and on time.
Securing your appointment
A $15 deposit is required for Signature Brow and brow lamination appointments. All other services require a $10 deposit. Deposits must be sent through PayPal or Zelle by the end of the booking day, are applied to your service balance, and are nonrefundable.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Your deposit may be transferred one time when at least 24 hours' notice is provided. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice, cancellations, and no-shows forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit to book again.
15-minute cutoff
There is no late fee. Please arrive on time; appointments cannot be accommodated more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time and will need to be canceled and rebooked with a new deposit.
One adult guest is welcome
One adult plus-one may accompany you. Toddlers and young children cannot be accommodated in the studio so the space can remain safe, calm, and focused during your service.
